Lauren and Blake’s Rustic Venue at Waterstone Wedding

Marriage is a special bond unlike any other. It’s a lifetime commitment to love your partner through ups and downs, a promise to be united as one, and an understanding that your spouse’s happiness is equally as important as your own. It’s just as much about love and joy as it is about sacrifice and service.

Laure and Blake recently celebrated their wedding at The Venue at Waterstone in Celina, TX. The decor was the perfect mix of rustic and chic, and every detail was absolutely stunning. The bride in her gorgeous gown, the colors, the cake, and each adorable sign added to the beauty of the day. The part that stood out to me most, though, had nothing to do with linens or flowers or dessert.

A Living Picture of John 13:1-17

Lauren and Blake are the ultimate example of everything that embodies a successful marriage. During the ceremony, Blake knelt down before Lauren to wash her feet. It was an incredibly sweet and meaningful gesture that so succinctly described the love shared by these two . This act depicts the way Christ loves His church and commands His followers to love one another. Everyone can see that Blake and Lauren’s relationship is clearly built on serving one another. This worshipful moment was a moment that none will soon forget.

Their wedding day at Venue at Waterstone in Celina was perfect. But I know their marriage will be even more beautiful as Blake and Lauren already exemplify both the love and sacrifice it takes to make it last a lifetime.
