I’m thrilled to share Alex and Elliot’s Kate Spade inspired wedding as it was definitely one of my highlights this year so far! This couple has seriously been such a dream couple – down-to-earth, cute, hysterical, and so much fun! I clicked with them immediately from our first FaceTime meeting (gotta love technology when distance is an issue) and from there have so enjoyed getting to know them better. They have also been so supportive of me, my family, and my business, which means more to me than I can put into words. Clients like this, who truly become friends, keep me focused on why I love being a wedding photographer!

Alex and Elliot’s wedding ceremony took place at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Taylors, South Carolina (near Greenville, South Carolina). I loved the intimate feel of this cathedral, and also was surprised with the amount of natural light that fell from each side. They celebrated their wedding at the Commerce Club in Downtown Greenville which offered a gorgeous sky high view of the city. You might remember their Greenville engagement session which ended in a beautiful sunset photo in the same location!

I loved that the pair weren’t afraid to show off their personalities through the wedding day details. Alex chose navy blue and white with little touches of red roses a la Kate Spade – super unique, and way classy! As a graphic designer herself, Alex also was able to design everything from her save the dates, invites, programs, and signage. (Psst – she freelances, and is available for hire!) And of course, we also had to work in a little Harry Potter into the day!

I feel so privileged to have been a part of Alex and Elliot’s wedding at Commerce Club of Greenville, and hope you enjoy reliving each moment along with me!
