Gorgeous fields, the romance of fall. Blazing sunsets bouncing off of the dancing waters, and soaring lighthouses. As a photographer, there is truly not much more I could ask for! Haylie and Garrett’s engagement photos at The Harbor Rockwall were one of my favorite engagement sessions ever, and it won’t take long for you to discover why!

I first met Haylie and Garrett for their engagement photos at Harry Myers Park in Rockwall, which is a smaller setting with plenty of beautiful backdrops to choose from. An open, golden field allowed for photos overflowing with natural light before exploring a spot with warm fall colors (hurray for fall foliage actually lingering this time of year in Texas!). Afterwards, we drove to the Harbor at Rockwall for a different feel. Haylie and Garrett changed into formal wear and wore their suit and gown with such class. We used the entire golden hour to capture photos with some breathtaking sunsets and scenery!

It was a joy to meet Haylie and Garrett for the first time, and I had a blast taking their engagement photos at The Harbor Rockwall! I can’t wait to photograph their wedding at The Belltower Chapel and Garden in Fort Worth. Thank you both for the honor of photographing your love story!
