This past spring, I had the opportunity to travel from Dallas to Taylors, South Carolina for Meghan’s gorgeous bridal photos at Lindsey Plantation! The only catch? Her wedding was going to take place at that same venue in a week! Talk about a rush order – but I was happy, willing, and able to make it work!
Although the weather was acting a little crazy that day, we were able to capture beautiful images at the rustic, wistful Lindsey Plantation and dream together about what her wedding would be like. Meghan brought along a crew to help out with her veil, dress, and florals (highly recommended, ladies!) and we all had a great time admiring how stunning she looked. To be totally honest, some of my favorite images happened BECAUSE of the weather – at the tail end of Meghan’s bridal session, we decided to capture the cotton candy colors in the sky that looked extra dramatic due to the storm that was rolling in. Meghan nailed that pose – hand on hip, Vogue-face…come on, girl, could you be any more beautiful, inside and out?
If you love these rustic bridal photos, you’re going to love the images of Meghan and Keller’s wedding even more! In the meantime, enjoy this beautiful session and stay tuned!
Absolutely beautiful bride! Your posing and lighting brings such a gentle romance to the photos. Well done!
These photos are SO gorgeous! I love that second photo so much and the movement in her veil.
These bridal portraits are GORGEOUS!! And I love that image of her leaning on the wagon – so pretty! I can’t wait to see the wedding photos! Beautiful work, as usual! :)
