I just ADORE bridal sessions – something about the excitement on a bride’s face when she sees her entire look all put together is just magical! After several dress fittings and alterations and the decisions on hair, makeup, and florals, she gets a little peek into what her big day will be like. Sometimes it’s emotional, sometimes it’s a little overwhelming – but every time it’s something special to share as a wedding photographer!

Recently I had the privilege of photographing the most beautiful winter Dallas Arboretum bridal session for Molly, who tied the knot just last month! The Dallas Arboretum is a popular spot for bridal photos no matter what season it is. Molly brought along her sweet maid-of-honor and the three of us had a blast walking around the Dallas Arboretum for her bridal session. Molly seriously looked like a winter princess in her gorgeous gown and fur shrug, but her beautiful face and spirit was all sunshine! She has been one of the sweetest and funniest brides I’ve worked with, and that personality shows through in her bridal portraits!

Molly selected her dress from Demafille Bridal and her flowers were crafted by Flowers and Moore. Her hair and makeup was expertly finished by Jennifer Trotter of Lip Service Makeup. I could not have imagined a more beautiful turnout for Molly’s winter Dallas Arboretum bridal session and am excited to share my favorites below!
