As I’m gearing up to shoot Jackie and Danny’s wedding in St. Lucia, I wanted to take a moment to share some of the fun and laughter I got to experience throwing her an intimate bridal shower amongst some close friends! I have really been blessed to meet some amazing women since moving here to Columbia, and am so thankful to have them as a part of my life group.

I had a few photos from Jackie and Danny’s engagement session printed and put them into some cute, colorful, baroque-style frames. They fit the cool color palette perfectly in shades of blue, violet, and green. We had more food than we needed and somehow managed to consume most of it – imagine that! :) Our friend Jennifer brought a delicious fruit pizza and fruit salad which we scooped into waffle bowls. We also had quiche, deli sandwiches, and pancakes. Krista also brought along some berry tarts which were a huge hit with Austyn! Everything was washed down with a mimosa or two!

Jennifer had some REALLY hilarious games planned, and I have to say they were definitely more fun with a smaller group since we could get away with certain things! ;) I laughed my tail off!

Of course, no bridal shower is complete without bringing the bride-to-be to tears – of which we were successful! We love that girl so much and are so excited to be doing life alongside her at this pivotal season.
