May has been one of the most exciting months for Emily Chappell Photography – and today I’ve got another romantic wedding to share! Scott and Leah tied the knot on May 13, 2017 at Piazza on the Green in Mckinney, Texas. I was so honored to capture their special day in lasting images!

Their wedding day was so meaningful and filled with so much joy. From the day I met Scott and Leah, I have loved seeing the way they interact! Scott serves his new wife in a way any couple would do well to model!

On another note, Leah’s dress – oh my goodness! It was seriously gorgeous and so whimsical! I loved all of the tulle and detailing! She shared with me later that it was a Watters gown purchased at Stardust Celebrations in Plano. Scott looked very handsome and dapper in his tux from The Black Tux.

Keeping with tradition, Scott and Leah decided to not see each other until Leah was walking down the aisle of the beautiful chapel at The Piazza on the Green. The emotion I captured in Scott was priceless. I think his heart might have skipped a beat or two! After the ceremony, we had lots of time for beautiful portraits in front of Piazza on the Green’s beautiful wooden doors and landscaping. We even snuck out during the reception for golden hour portraits, which I highly recommend all couples do!

Scott and Leah were an absolute dream to photograph. The love they have for one another is infectious and such a delight to witness. I am such a lucky photographer to work with amazing couples like the new Mr. and Mrs. Motl! Congratulations to you both! Now, let’s get to these Piazza on the Green wedding photos – enjoy!
